RI as Indian angel investor is focused on helping start-ups take their first steps, rather than the possible profit they may get from their business. They provide start-up funding for small start-ups or entrepreneurs in exchange for ownership equity in the company or convertible debt. Does Registration India also help subsequent funding needs?

Along with start-ups funding at the initial stage, Registration India helps in subsequent funding. After investing at the initial stage of funding, we help businesses to grow further by providing funds to them.

Eligible startups can take as many rounds of investment as possible, there is no certain restriction on it. But a after few rounds of funding we are pretty cautious about funding in further rounds.

Following highlights of pitchdecks of some successful companies which can serve as an inspiration are-

Facebook had a actual pitchdeck in form of a media kit containing the company’s value proposition, key metrics and marketing services that were used to sell ads to potential clients.

Most important takeaway from the pitchdeck of facebook was that, it was based on solid numbers such as their user engagement, traffic, users and growth metrics.

    • Airbnb : Airbnb is a platform that allows people to find and rent lodging. Its pitchdeck is a favourite reference for entrepreneurs around the world.

The best part of its pitchdeck is the intro which is all about hooking the audience. It focuses on using a few words as possible to describe your business. It should be short, simple and to the point.

    • Youtube : Youtube is an app for viewing and listening videos.

Pitchdeck of youtube reflects that it wanted to be the primary outlet for video content and it succeeded doing it. This shows that if you know what your product can do and you are able to show its potential then you can attract early investments easily.

    • Uber : Major takeaway from the pitchdeck of Uber was its design. It shows the problem with images rather than just tell with words. It used icons to reinforce the message and maintained consistency in use of colors, fonts and icons. It used maps to segment market geographically. Moreover, it tried to cover all case scenarios and highlight their most powerful USP with different design.
